 I am a retired LEO.Got my first license (WD4FDD) in 1978 along with an almost new Yeasu FT-401B. Unfortunately after moving to California I was unable to set up my shack and allowed my license to expire. I am now retired and again have gotten my license (Gee, no code required!!) and assembled my station in NORCAL on the Delta. I am a current Director of the Mount Diablo Amateur Radio Club. BTW, that FT-401B has been replaced with a FTdx-3000 which resides alongside an FT-990, FT-991 and various VHF/UHF transceivers. Hope to talk to you on air! 73
