I am retired military and a retired teacher. I have been licenced since 1956.  My callsigns have been K6VQQ, K7MIX,TF2WEG, DL5GF, HB9BX, and W4VZH since 1968,  The many calls are the result of over twenty years in the military.  I am presetly president of the Floyd Amateur Radio Society  www.floydamateurradiosociety.org and Floyd County RACES Emergency Radio Officer.  This all happens in the blue ridge montains of Virginia.  My interests are DX and WINLINK  and vhf nets.
