 I am a retired State Officer. Also retired as Assistant Fire Chief for Baker County Fire Dept. Did 20 years with the State and 25 years in the Fire and Rescue Service, 13yrs  as Asst. Chief. Moved to Jacksonville in 2012. Now I have to deal with a HOA. Wow, never had problems like this when I had 7.5 acres out in the country near Taylor, FL. Even though I am retired I still do a little Security work here and there Can't just sit around the house all day.
