Hi, My name is Garnet N. Ryder and I live in New Westminster, BC, Canada.
My interests in ham radio include QRP & the 6M band. I live in a condo on the top floor, 4th floor with a roof top deck. I'm not able to put up a permanent antenna, so I temporarily put up a Chameleon V1 antenna + Hybrid base + MIL whip up when I want to play on the radio. I'm using an Icom 703 Plus Tranceiver that puts out 10W.
I'm a Project Manager & Electronics Technologist with specialization in Telecommunications, Computer Systems & the Print Industry.
Other hobbies include playing ukulele, Geocaching, and playing Dungeons & Dragons RPG.
