User info

 I've been interested in radio since I was young and have been an Amateur since 1998, although not always all that active due to the usual life challenges.  I originally had the callsign VE4JBE but added VE4WX in 2005 due to an interest in Weather and Storm Chasing and using Ham radio on the road.  I have a strong background in Electronics, Aviation and Computers and work in an industry that combines all these functions which keeps me busy.  Besides radio and weather I'm also into horses, cycling and other outdoor activities.  I currently hold a Basic (with Honours) license but am hoping to challenge the Advanced exam at some point.

I'm particlarly having fun at the moment with JT65 but I enjoy digital modes of any kind!
