User info

It’s all started with a school radio club in 1975. There I knew that besides a regular radio (which everyone could listen to on a radio set) there is also a ham radio. I found out that most of the radio-lovers exchange the information with a telegraph alphabet.  That’s how I’ve started to learn the Morse code. In 1976 I have already received my first SWL call sign - UA4-092-143!  And finally in March 1981 I proudly broadcast my signal: "CQ de UA4UBM".

And since October 2012 my call sign is R4HBM.

73! And see you “on the air”!

And again all hello from Samara!

It is so difficult to guess where it will be soft and where not really.... As a result, doctors reported that I have a cancer... For me this information was heard, like a bolt from the blue... Performed the brain operation, from 25.09.2014 one and a half more months I will go to an oncological clinic on daily procedures (radiological office). But I very much believe that I will cope with this illness, and after recovery I will be engaged further in the hobby - a radio communication.

All thanks for understanding of this article!

Yours faithfully, Gonchuk Alexander, Samara, Russia. 73! And to a meeting on air!
