 Hi, my name is Douwe (Donald) and I was born on 29 June 1964.

I have a son, we live in small place Kimswerd in the northern Netherlands.
Professionally, I am head technical services and project manager at a machine factory.

The radio is a hobby from my childhood quite simply, theTRX's were formerly with us at the dinner table made by my father.
And so it came so that I am come into contact with SSB on 11 meters where I made ??many connections with the world.
Now that I am licensed since 1994 and has given me the opportunity to work on HF, I'am there a lot.
Actual contests began so early 90's where I became a member of the FRAG-PI4FRG were i had a really good time.

Now the last few years I'm busy with individual contests and the PACC group PA3FKN.
Making antennas is quite a feature of the hobby that I really like.
