My name is Jeff, I was born in 1982, and I work in a pharmaceutical factory.

My dad got me into the world of HAM radios, and helped me get startet.

I am still new to all this, and with only a class D (so far) I am mostly working the 2 meter band, with FT8 and MSK144.

Update: 11/6/2022 I passed my Class B test, and now have full HF band open. :)

Icom IC 229E VHF Mobile station.

Alinco DJ-596 Dual Band FM handy station.

MFJ-949E Deluxe Versa Tuner II with 300W dummyload.

Yaesu M-100 Desk mic.

Antennas:

Comet GP-3 Dual-Band 144/440 Mhz

DIY 80/40/20/15/10 meter band end fed Antenna in inverted-L, 8 meters off the ground.

Windom Antenne FD-4 80/40/20/17/12/10 meter band in inverted-V, feed point 8 meters off the ground.

When I am not on the radio, at work or rebuild on my old house, I have a big love for fishing ( Perch, Pike and Trouts )
