USA - A Self-Addressed Envelope (SAE) would be nice (but not absolutely nessessary).
DX - I prefer LOTW. If you send a card with a self-addressed envelope (SAE) and
US$2.00 (US International postage rates increased on 1/22/12), I will reply same day.
Bureau cards are a low priority for me. If you are in a hurry, please send direct.
100% LoTW and e-QSL uploaded within 24 hours. Direct QSL or via the Bureau... well... those just take a little bit longer.
