 Hi There and welcome to my page, 

I am 58 years young and live in a small town called Maybole in South Ayshire. I work in the local factory here as a cnc operator and welder, I only passed my RCF on 07/12/13 so this is at the moment all new to me. I have been interested in radio since being a teenager but never got around to sitting my amature licence, my working conditions are the yaesu ft-950 from home and the yaesu ft-857d for when i want to go portable or mobile, my other hobbies include fly fishing with my wife Etta, at our local fishery, also the river Girvan abt five miles from us, i designed  the web site for our fishery, if you wish give it a look at www.pinbraidfishery.co.uk. My antennas at the moment include a 3 element yagi, for the 10meters and the hc360 verticle,mainly for use on the 40meter with psk31,  I have a cobweb to put up but will leave that until the spring  as the weather here is bad at the moment. hope to meet you on the bands again
