Hi there I passed the foundation exam 10th august 2008 and have been a SWL since early eighties and enjoyed decoding etc ..... I have also been into computers since the days of the zx spectrum etc and proper PC computers since 1992 and also building and upgrading my own computers since 1992

I now live in Rushden Northants Since August 2024...

 Ground floor flat so only use HF VHF....

MY Main radios are ICOM ID52 60TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION FOR D-STAR and a YAESU FTM500D and a YAESU FT5D C4FM

Also   TYT MD380 (DMR),  ANYTONE AT-D868UV (DMR), YAESU FT70De (FUSION/ C4FM),  and a BAOFENG UV8HX

often go mobile and on 2m/70cm i use a lafayette SG7900 which i find is very good
