Thanks for visiting, I was first licencesed in 2016 with my daughter KM6AGF. As a result of trying to get my students involved in Amatuer Radio by testing with them, i moved up to  my Extra over a couple years. As the Tsunami capital of the lower 48, ham radio is impotant to Crescent City. I soon found that HF is what I really enjoyed. I do mostly digital, name the mode I have probably played with it. I have enjoyed electronics, radios, building and soldering all my life, so digital works well for me and my location.

My home station is a Kenwoof TS-2000x to a OCF currently a Hustler 6BTV with 64 radials.

RV station is a Yaseu 991A to a ATAS 120, If I am not in CN71vt, or I am portable this is the rig I am using.

I use both Kenwood and Yaseu handhelds for repeaters and satelites.
