Licensed back in 1996 as a Technician, I primarily used my license to augment my work in Search and Rescue. Upgraded to General in June of 2012 and spent a couple months getting new gear to upgrade my shack. March 2013, brought my Icom-706MKIIG online with it's AT-180, driving a OCF 80-6M antenna from my QTH. Finally got off my butt and on November 13th, 2014, passed the Extra Exam.
My day job is a pilot for a private company that has me flying all over the world. When I'm home I enjoy martial arts, outdoors, and off roading.
