I first licensed as a Novice as WA2MRX in 1978. I let my license expire without ever getting on the air. I recently got interested in getting back into ham radio and I have restored an old boat anchor and my old QRP transmitter. I have it operational and I am trying to work CW QRP on 40 meters.
My day job is system safety engineering for an aerospace firm, and I teach the topic at a local University.
