Thanks for visiting my HRDLog page and be sure to register as a contact. I live in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire that includes umpteen lakes, The New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Mount Washington (highest peak in the Northeast - have to brag about something), and the late Old Man in the Mountain which is still our state symbol, and oh yes our license plates still say "Live Free or Die." My QSL above is of the MV Mount Washington that plies Lake Winnipesaukee during the summer. Click, save and print if you wish. |

Thanks to N1LT, Dick, and the Central NH Amateur Radio Club, I was able to pass both Technician and General exams in one sitting this spring (2013).Having a ball with my new found friends and hobby being involved with this years 'Field Day' as well as many public service events including varieties of road races providing tactical radio support. Current interest is PSK31 only because I might get tougue tied with phone modes. |

My rig consists of a 20 year old Yaesu FT-890AT HF (4 processors WOW!), a MFJ-941E external antenna tuner (or 'tunah' as we say), G5RV Jr dipole configured as an inverted V with center at 30 feet ends at 15 feet. Digital interface is EasyDigi by KF5INZ to Ham Radio Deluxe V5.24.36 (last free one) to an existing Sony WinXP laptop, all within my budget at the time. Not having any problems making many QSO's as my antenna and propagation allows. See you on the waterfall... |

| Digital QSO's are auto'magic'ly logged from HRD to eQSL and then a few times a month uploaded to HRDLog, QRZ and LoTW. So, if you don't see my confirmation immediately it's not the computers fault... | ||
