Greetings from Cheyenne, Wyoming...where the old American West is still alive! Yes, buffalo do roam here still and there's plenty of deer and antelope too. Cheyenne is also a modern capitol city, but it still retains much of its 150 years of rich Western heritage. We're home to Cheyenne Frontier Days, one of the largest rodeos in the world, known as "The Daddy of 'em All!" Name here is Jeff, and I've been an extra class ham since the late 80's. I occasionally get on CW, and sometimes voice, but the bulk of my air time is on digital modes (PSK31, JT65, DMR). I'm a bit of a minimalist when it comes to antenna systems (a bit odd for a ham. yes?). My current goal is to work the world on a small magnetic loop antenna, and so far it's working well!View on Map (DN71PE)
