 Retired System Engineering Manager with Lockheed Martin after 34 years mostly in the Washington DC Metro area.  Started with General Electric Aerospace in Valley Forge, PA in 1982 working in Military Program Department, later called Managment and Data System Operations (M&DSO). Prior to GE, I served as a US NOAA Corps Officer on the NOAA Ship OCEANOGRAPHER which conducted deep sea mining environmental impact studies in the Pacific Equitorial region.
