 I got my license in 1996 and immediately became hooked!  Having an electronics background, building new antennas became fun and exciting.

My equipment is currently a Kenwood TS-2000, and a Yaesu FTdx5000MP, using a My Antennas EFHW 80-10, and a Comet 2m/70cm for VHF/UHF.  I use a Yaesu FT-857D, with ATAS-120A while mobile, which allows me to enjoy listening to HF, along with the VHF/UHF National Calling frequencies as I travel.
