 I was born and live in Reggio Nell'Emilia, a town built along the Via Emilia of Roman origin and linking, now as then, the city of Piacenza to the city of Rimini, Reggio Emilia can boast of the title of City of the Tricolor, as the Italian flag, flags of the Republic of inspiration Cispadana, was born and exhibited for the first time in this city January 7, 1797. the flag was displayed in the eighteenth century Sala del Tricolore of the Town Hall, in the same hall that now houses the meetings of the council.
