I was born in 1969 in Gallipoli, in south of  beautiful Italy

Here at age of 8 with scool journey in a beach near my home. I m the first at left, standing and with a bag between my hands :-)

Me at age of 16 with my first little radio CB in attic of my house :-)

Licensed in 1989 as IK7VWT, then after married, in 1994 we have moved to Parma city, in north of Italy with call IK4VWT. Here with a old but evergreen Yaesu Ft-107M i have enjoyed a lot of goods moments.

From 2008 i live in the wonderful land of Switzerland, near Zurich city, with new Callsign HB9EMO... and I love this place! Peoples and lifestyle is amazing!

I work as technician in a repair center. We repair a lot of different products : TV, Radios, Cameras, Printers, Laptop and many other things .

My job is in mobile phones area ( fix and repair different brand of smartphones and tablets).

My equipment:  RTX      :     Yaesu FT-450D  with MD-100 Microphone

                          Antenna :     Long Wire - FED antenna ( many thanks to HB9DNI ) 

But my great passion from night of ages is listen and try to decoding many digital services , from Ham radio to utlility stations.

To do that i use a SDR Afedri for VLF to HF and a Maghetic Loop ALA1530 from Wellbrooks antenna's. I use also a SDRplay, amazing 0-2000 mhz Sdr , not good like Afedri, but really funny to use.

For VHF and UHF i use Funcube and other sdr based on Chipset Rtl2832 , For satellite receptions i have a Home made Turnstile Antenna .
