73 à toutes et tous. 

À la fois nouveau et ancien OM, j'ai commencé à émettre en 1967 au radio Club de la base aérienne de Rochefort F5KR avec l'aide patiente et amicale de Robert BONNAFOUS "le boss" (Dep 17 -  FRANCE). Après un long Silence j'ai refait surface en 1984 comme FG5 puis FG4CV/MM (Bonne idée de refaire surface pour un /MM).

Après la traversée du Pacifique vers TAHITI, je suis devenu FO4NJ, puis j'ai à nouveau quitté les ondes.... Et me revoilà après environ 37ans de silence radio avec l'indicatif F8JIR. Quand le virus vous tient ....

Maintenant domicilié à GAP (Hautes Alpes - France) Je trafique, en QRP mobile avec un XIEGU G90. En fixe, depuis mon appartement au 2ème étage, je rajoute un PA XIEGU XPA 125B. Dernière acquisition un beau YAESU FT DX 10 .... J'adore !

Antenne Diamond SD 330 (mobile “Screw Driver“) et diverses antennes de ma fabrication mais inspirées de celles que je trouve sur internet. 

De temps en temps j'émets depuis Uzelle en Franche Comté (F8JIR/P) et/ou en mobile depuis quelques cols et sommets des Alpes.

Trafic en VHF/UHF avec un RETEVIS RT95 - antenne Ground Plane bi bande "home brew" , en "Piéton mobile" et en "digital" avec un ANYTONE AT-D878UV2 PLUS (HotSpot Pi-Star).

Je redécouvre petit à petit le monde des "radioams" (sans "H"je ne suis pas un jambon) qui a bien changé (en 37 ans ...HI) sur le plan technique, mais heureusement assez peu, côté "esprit". Merci à toutes et tous de m'accueillir à nouveau. Au plaisir de vous entendre (le plus souvent  FT8 , FT4 ; FS8Call ; PSK31 ; RTTY; +++) sur l'air.

After crossing the Pacific to TAHITI, I became FO4NJ, then I left the airwaves again.... And here I am again after about 37 years of radio silence with the callsign F8JIR. When the virus has you....

Now domiciled in GAP (Hautes Alpes - France) I traffic, in mobile QRP with a XIEGU G90. At home, from my apartment on the 2nd floor, I add a PA XIEGU XPA 125B. Last acquisition a beautiful YAESU FT DX 10 .... I love it!

Sia nuovo che vecchio OM, ho iniziato a trasmettere nel 1967 al Radio Club della base aerea di Rochefort F5KR (Dep 17 - FRANCIA). Dopo un lungo Silenzio sono riemerso nel 1984 come FG5 poi FG4CV/MM (Buona idea riemergere per un /MM).

Dopo aver attraversato il Pacifico fino a TAHITI, sono diventato FO4NJ, poi ho lasciato di nuovo le onde radio... Ed eccomi di nuovo dopo circa 37 anni di silenzio radio con il nominativo F8JIR. Quando il virus ti prende....

Ora domiciliato a GAP (Alte Alpi - Francia) Traffico, in QRP mobile con un XIEGU G90. "A casa" dal mio appartamento al 2° piano, aggiungo un PA XIEGU XPA 125B. Ultimo acquisto un bellissimo YAESU FT DX 10.... lo adoro!

Di tanto in tanto trasmetto da Uzelle in Franche Comté NE dalla Francia (F8JIR/P) e/o in mobile da alcuni passi e cime delle Alpi.

Sto riscoprendo poco a poco il mondo dei "radioamatori" che è cambiato molto (in 37 anni...HI) sul piano tecnico, ma fortunatamente poco sul lato "spirito". Grazie a tutti per avermi accolto di nuovo. Non vedo l'ora di sentirti (FT8 , FT4 ; FS8Call ; PSK31 ; RTTY ; +++) in onda.

Un'ultima cosa: se mi senti in frequenza, parlami in inglese o in francese. Studio italiano da pochi mesi e ho impiegato due ore per tradurre queste poche righe.
