My name is Jean-Bernard and I'm delighted to share with you my journey to becoming a ham radio operator. My adventure began in the 1980s with CB radio, where I discovered my passion for radio wave communication. Unfortunately, I had to put this passion aside in 1995 for professional reasons.However, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was a turning point in this hobby.During this period, I felt the need to reconnect with my old passions and decided to dive back into the fascinating world of radio. Thanks to the valuable support of several ham radio friends, I was able to train and prepare to pass my certificate, which I proudly obtained on January 13, 2025. As a radio and technology enthusiast, I also created a blog 14frs4455.fr where I write articles for radio enthusiasts. This blog is a space for exchanging ideas and learning, and I invite you to visit it! Recently, I also launched a Discord server called Discord Les F4 which allows all enthusiasts to continue learning and sharing our love for radio. (wink Come join us) I particularly enjoy voice communication and digital modes.I'm looking forward to exchanging with you and learning together.
