I have a CEPT Class II license , which means I can use the radio frequency spectrum allocated to amateur radio from 50Mhz to up. Since June 5th, 2006 I am also allowed to use the HF bands. I started in amateur radio in October 2005, all of my contacts  were /P with local stations on 2m band, today also you can hear my calls on HF from the summits.

I usually take portable equipment with me when I go up the local mountains, there I can communicate over hundreds of square miles using only a low power tranceiver. you are welcome to discover the fun of digital modes like PSK31, JT65, FT8... working with low power and armed with a long wire hanging on some tree you will work the world !!!

By other hand, I am currently active as a hunter & activator in the SOTA and WWFF award. Thanks to these kind of programs,  I can combine two of my favorite hobbies, mountain climbing and operating radio also working from my best place, great mountains.

I usually send QSLs via eQSL.cc and I confirm all my contacts electronically through LOTW.
