                                                        HF/VHF/UHF reporting – proposals in 2023.

1.   Name of the event: “E701BFF International Friendship Day – Best Friends Forever”
2.   Organizer of the event: GROUP of radio amateurs from E7 - #BFF
3.   Reporting takes place from the day the license is issued by the Regulatory Agency for Communications. It will last until July 30, 2023 (International Friendship Day) at midnight, when reporting ends and all logs from operator-activators are collected.
4.  Reporting is held on radio amateur bands namely: HF/VHF/UHF under the sign: E701BFF
5. CW/SSB/FT8/FM/Cros mode/Cros band, SVX Link (E7Link network) EchoLink/DMR TG 218,ZeLLo, as well as connections via repeater are allowed.
6. All licensed amateur radio stations and clubs have the right to participate, and all stations or clubs that maintain at least 1 connection with the call sign E701BFF, on any band, with any type of work, are entitled to a diploma as a reward for their contribution. Operators who do more connections on more scopes and more types of work get a special status and a place in the results announcements (Stars). Three operators from the same club can apply for a diploma in the name of their club because they have contributed in reporting.
7. Operators exchange report, sign, name and place of reporting and QTH locator, especially for each band and for each type of work.
8. Awards. ALL participants receive a diploma for participation in electronic form (JPG and PDF format, sending to e_mail, Viber, Messenger)
9. Disqualification: Gross violation of the rules, hate speech, insults and lack of desire for friendship leads to disqualification.
