 I got my VU land ham radio license in 1990. Started with my homebrewed VU2VWN QRP AM transmitter with BC received modified, using homebrewed horiz dipole ant for 40m alone.  Was operating from Sharjah under call sign A65BK. Now back to home shack with my call VU2OLU. Using my IC 746 Pro, Flex 1500 and homebrewed Hermes SDR,80m loop ant, Hex beam and magnetic loop ant.
